Chandana Shashikumar

At the heart of Manogamya is Chandana Shashikumar, a counselling psychologist with over 9 years experience who has walked alongside individuals, children, adolescents, teenagers and couples from many walks of life. Her work spans cultures and continents touching lives and inspiring many meaningful transformations. Chandana follows an eclectic therapeutic approach, thoughtfully weaving together Transactional Analysis(TA), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy(REBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and is a Trauma Informed Therapist. Each session is tailored to the client’s unique journey, ensuring therapy that is compassionate, relevant and deeply respectful. Chandana’s work is regularly supervised, ensuring accountability, quality and safety. She follows professionally approved counselling standards, offering a confidential and trusted space for every client.
